Whispering Woods is an associated community of various style townhouses, duplexes, ranchers and colonial homes near Annapolis, Maryland.  The homes are located on a network of county and community owned loops and cul-de-sacs on both sides of Bay Dale Drive at Exist 28 of Route 50 / 301 (Blue Star Memorial Highway) between the Severn River Bridge and the Chesapeake Bay Bridges on the Broadneck Peninsula.  Most homes are owner occupied.  The community is managed by the Whispering Woods Community Association, which is governed by county laws and regulations, covenants \ bylaws and rules and regulations established by a board made-up of  members of the community.
