St. Margaret’s Landing

St. Margaret’s Landing is a community located on the Broadneck Peninsula, just off of Route 50 in Annapolis. We are just minutes from the Annapolis City Dock, Sandy Point State Park, and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Our community is also a short drive to Washington D.C., Downtown Baltimore and BWI airport. St. Margaret’s Landing is served by Windsor Farm Elementary and Broadneck High Schools – both of these schools consistently rank among the highest in the State of Maryland. Our community was established in 2001, with the final phase completed in Fall of 2005.

Twin Harbors Community Association

Twin Harbors Community AssociationEstablished in 1963, Twin Harbors is a water privileged community of 138 homes. Located on the south side of the upper Magothy River in Arnold, Maryland, it boasts a scenic community beach area with a picnic pavilion, marina, playground, swimming pier, boat ramp, and dingy racks. Just a short drive from many local attractions, Twin Harbors is easily accessible to Historic Downtown Annapolis, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C. Twin Harbors is in the Broadneck school district which ranks among the best in the state of Maryland.

Manhattan Beach Civic Association

Manhattan Beach Civic AssociationManhattan Beach, a quiet residential community in Severna Park, Maryland, is bordered by Cypress Creek, the Magothy River, Dividing Creek and Governor Ritchie Highway (Maryland-2). Auto access from Ritchie Highway at Jones Station Road is limited to tree-lined Manhattan Beach Road. Residents organized the Manhattan Beach Civic Association (MBCA) in 1929. Manhattan Beach became a Special Community Benefit District within Anne Arundel County on May 15, 1992. Neighborhoods within the community–Manhattan Manor, Manhattan Woods, Oak Grove, Buckingham Estates and Windrush Farm—are included in the district, with MBCA acting as administrator. All property owners in the special tax benefit district are assessed an annual tax of $25 as part of their county property taxes. Anne Arundel County returns the aggregated funds to the MBCA for Community Center maintenance, insurance and community upkeep.

Winchester on the Severn

Winchester on the SevernWinchester-on-the-Severn is a community of approximately one hundred homes located just outside of Annapolis near Arnold. The Winchester on Severn community association has an executive board consisting of current community volunteers. Winchester on Severn association owns five separate waterfront properties that include a community beach with a pavilion, children play area on open grass, privately maintained white sand beach and lots of parking. The association also has two separate docking areas with some shallow and some deep water slips. The community web site includes community news and history, beach calendar and reservation form, and boating information.

Bay Hills Community Association

Bay Hills is a residential community of more than 600 homes on the Broadneck peninsula in Arnold, MD near Annapolis, MD. The community is within a 5-minute drive to Annapolis, 20-minute drive to Baltimore, and 50-minute drive to Washington, D.C.

Hunters Pointe

Hunters Pointe is a community in Arnold of 77 Homes which started in 1979 (with the last house being finished in 1986). The neighborhood is very friendly, peaceful, and picturesque with a suburban setting, excellent schools, and proximity to Metropolitan amenities — only 25 miles east from Washington, D.C. and 20 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Because Hunters Pointe has a community park along with a common area that surrounds the entire neighborhood, it is organized into The College Station Community Association of Hunters Pointe. The Association provides maintenance of the common area as well as repair and replacement of playground equipment, lighting at the entrance and throughout the community, and lawn mowing and gardens in the front entrance of the community.
