Hunters Pointe

Hunters Pointe is a community in Arnold of 77 Homes which started in 1979 (with the last house being finished in 1986). The neighborhood is very friendly, peaceful, and picturesque with a suburban setting, excellent schools, and proximity to Metropolitan amenities — only 25 miles east from Washington, D.C. and 20 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Because Hunters Pointe has a community park along with a common area that surrounds the entire neighborhood, it is organized into The College Station Community Association of Hunters Pointe. The Association provides maintenance of the common area as well as repair and replacement of playground equipment, lighting at the entrance and throughout the community, and lawn mowing and gardens in the front entrance of the community.
