Shore Acres Improvement Association
Located on the Magothy River and Deep Creek, Shore Acres is a water-privileged community with its own community beach and boat ramp. Not subject to covenant restrictions requiring fees paid to an association, Shore Acres has always successfully relied on the spirit of volunteerism to advance the interests of homeowners through the Shore Acres Improvement Association. Membership in the Shore Acres Improvement Association is open to residents and property owners in the subdivisions of Shore Acres, Adams Point, and Weatherly, and in adjacent properties accessed by road through Shore Acres.

Ulmstead Gardens
Ulmstead Gardens is a townhouse community of 237 households on 50 acres of private and community property. First incorporated in 1981, the community is self-managed by volunteers. The Association consists of an elected Board of Directors. Various committees are appointed to monitor the overall aesthetics of the community, including architectual control and landscaping. Ammenities include a walking path, park, playground, and basketball court.

Community of Cape St. Claire
Cape St. Claire is a covenanted community founded in 1949. Originally designed to be a community of summer cottages, Cape St. Claire is now home to approximately 7,878 year-round residents living in more than 2,200 single-family homes. Homes come in all shapes and sizes (from ranchers to split levels, colonials and contemporaries, all types of homes are found in the Cape), and the diversity of houses has long been a goal for the community. The community boasts three marinas (with a combined total of over 200 boat slips), a boat ramp, several beaches, and a couple of water parks with playground equipment for the kids.
Kimberly Woods Village Association
Kimberly Woods Village is a small community of town houses and duplexes located in Arnold, Maryland. The majority of homes are town houses. The community is governed by the Kimberly woods Village Association Board of Directors.
