Annapolis Arts Alliance
The Annapolis Arts Alliance is “an organization dedicated to all the arts. Whether you are a professional or amateur artist, a patron of the arts, a visitor or a resident in our capital city; the creative arts make our lives richer. Our goal is to provide one collective voice for anyone interested in or touched by arts.” The Annapolis Arts Alliance had its beginnings when Mayor Ellen Moyer extended an invitation to a diverse group of locals involved in the arts community. She cast her net wide into the artistic world, bringing together representatives from visual arts, dance, music, theatre, written word and the business community surrounding the arts. The Annapolis Arts Alliance provides a forum for members of our arts community to network, collaborate, polish creative skills, and showcase the rich artistic life of Greater Annapolis. The Alliance supports resource identification, information dissemination, arts education and event programs, and provides a collective voice for the Annapolis arts community.
