Upper Bay Charter Captains Association

The Upper Bay Charter Captains Association (UBCCA) is an organization whose members hold both United States Coast Guard captain license and a Maryland Fishing Guide license. The Association is dedicated to the promotion of the Upper Chesapeake Bay. Its primary focus is to offer world class Striped Bass fishing plus great opportunities for Black Drum, Bluefish, Croaker, Flounder, Perch, Spanish Mackerel, Spot, Trout, and others. Boats of all sizes are available also for cruising and sightseeing to many upper Chesapeake locations including Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, Rock Hall, Kent Island, St. Michaels, Annapolis, and Tilghman Island and many other areas throughout the Bay region.
